At World of Models 16b, we want you to love what you ordered. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have the following policy in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free of any scents, stains, or signs of wear.
Final Sale Items For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Any item with a removed hygiene liner
Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at Worldofmodels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Processing Time Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
